We live in Crested Butte but will be giving birth at memorial central in Colorado Springs. Looking for VBAC support during labor. Will be going back to crested butte after newborn doctor visit so won’t need postpartum care.

I am looking for a holistic doula that can support me through my pregnancy, labor, and postpartum era. I don’t feel that my past obgyn doctors were anything but helpful and instead made me feel neglected or that I was asking for too much. I want a different experience full of support, love, and jokes. This pregnancy I want someone I can rely on in this new journey. I would love to have a black or indigenous doula.

This is the first time ive ever been pregnant and I’m planning on giving birth at a birthing center attached to a hospital. I’m not sure on a budget I don’t know what the typical cost is. My birth plan is to try without interventions as long as I can but if need be that’s totally fine. I’m not against any interventions.

My hope is to feel calm, empowered, and truly supported throughout labor and postpartum, and to create a beautiful birth experience.

hospital, anything under 1k really, i want a calm, relaxing, stress free birth, no men besides my husband, no drugs, no inducing, i want an all natural birth, vitamin k shot is okay but nothing else for baby, skin to skin immediately, golden hour for two hours or more, dad cuts umbilical cord, dad gets skin to skin. degree in what you are doing and years of experience, english. just helping advocate for me while i am in labor, the postpartum care.

On tricare so I may have to give birth in a hospital but would prefer as much as a home birth experience as possible. Will be paying out of pocket because tri are doesn’t cover doulas for active duty.

Doula Services Request Birth Location & Plan I am planning a hospital birth at a civilian facility (non-MTF). My birth plan prioritizes a low-intervention approach with a focus on movement, breathwork, and physical comfort measures, though I am open to medical support if necessary. I am looking for a doula who can provide continuous in-person labor support and advocacy within a hospital setting. Provider Requirements (TRICARE Compliance) To qualify for coverage under the TRICARE CBSD, the provider must meet the following criteria: Certification: Must hold a current certification as a Certified Labor Doula (CLD) from one of the approved bodies (e.g., DONA International, CAPPA, BirthWorks, ICEA, toLabor, or the National Black Doula Association). Experience: Must have attended at least 3 births as the primary doula (including at least 2 vaginal births) and have provided antepartum/postpartum support for at least one birth. Documentation: Must have a National Provider Identifier (NPI) number and be willing to sign a TRICARE Participation Agreement to accept TRICARE’s maximum allowable charge as payment in full. Safety: Must maintain current adult, child, and infant CPR certification. Care Recipients & Additional Duties The care is for myself (adult) and my newborn. Requirements include: Primary Focus: Antepartum visits, continuous labor support, and postpartum follow-up. Feeding Support: Assistance with initial breastfeeding/latching during the immediate postpartum period. Note on Duties: Per TRICARE guidelines, I am seeking "Certified Labor Doula" services. I understand that purely elective services like heavy cleaning, intensive cooking, or dedicated sleep training are not covered under the demonstration benefit. Insurance & Budget Insurance Provider: TRICARE (Region: West/TriWest). Plan Details: I am currently enrolled in TRICARE Prime. I will obtain the necessary referral from my PCM/OB for doula services to ensure $0 out-of-pocket costs for covered visits. Budget: My budget is aligned with the TRICARE allowable rates. For services outside the scope of the CBSD (such as photography or placenta encapsulation), I am prepared to discuss private-pay options if a separate waiver is provided.

I’m looking specifically for support during birth. This is my second birth and the first was very traumatic specifically with the epidural. I’m now very fearful of getting another epidural and would like to try go the non-medicated route this time but I know that I will need extra support to accomplish this goal. I have Anthem bcbs through my husband’s employment with the city of Colorado Springs, if you have any experience with that it would be helpful as paying out of pocket would be hard financially for my family. We have Anthem insurance and have doula services fully covered. I plan to give birth at Highlands Ranch Hospital l and I am still figuring out my birth plan.

I wish to have a home birth, this will be my second home birth. My first birth went well. After I hemorrhaged, and had to be transferred to the hospital.
