I believe that my insurance plan covers twelve doula visits, or something comparable, as well as support during the birth. 3. I am very anxious and averse to pain, so I plan to get an epidural as soon as I need one. I do not want to give birth without an epidural. I have some complicating factors, such as a possible bicornate uterus, and a marginal cord inserton (<1cm). I am not averse to a C-section if it is medically necessary.
