Ultimately I want a low stress, natural birth experience the way God intended it to go. I know there could possibly be a medical emergency. At that point we can go to the hospital but if everything is going great I would like to stick to the plan.

I want to have a home water birth. No budget. I want it to be quiet, the room dim with low lighting maybe twinkle lights, herbalist vibes, frequency music playing in the background. I am very calm and quiet. This will be my first baby. I don’t want anyone else but the father in there with us. I plan to manage labor naturally with movement, water, deep breathing, sound, and spiritual tools. I decline all pharmacological pain interventions unless I request them clearly and directly.

I genuinely want to go natural birth but I’m unsure how I’ll feel and if I’ll be strong enough once the contractions come.
