About me

Genesis PT & Wellness is a holistic pelvic floor therapy practice including a team of specialty physical, occupational, and massage therapists. Our therapists have completed advanced coursework and training in topics pertaining to Women’s Health and Pelvic Health for females, males, and children. Our specialties include pregnancy related aches and pains, preparation for labor and delivery, postpartum rehabilitation, pelvic floor dysfunction in both women and men, chronic pain, and pediatric pelvic health and potty training. It is our passion to come alongside you on your journey to health, wellness, and optimal function in your day-to-day life. We strive to change the way pelvic floor therapy is presented, understood, and utilized throughout all stages of life. Pelvic floor therapy can offer so much more than people realize. We utilize a holistic approach in treatment to help you heal, regain the ability to optimally care for your children, safely return to exercise, perform your daily work and household activities, and simply live without pain or dysfunction. We have five convenient locations to be able to better serve the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex: Our North Dallas office is located inside the Margot Perot building of Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas off of Walnut Hill & 75, within the Modern Midwifery suite. Our East Dallas office is located a few blocks from Baylor University Medical Center off of I-30, within the Urban Family Co-op. Our Fort Worth office is located a few blocks from the intersection of I-30 and I-35W, just east of the Medical District. Our Addison office is located within The Nest Addison just off Dallas North Tollway. Our Richardson office is located within Aspen Haus Associates, near Hwy 75. Service introduction

We provide a full body assessment as well as internal and external pelvic floor assessment as needed. We will treat using manual therapy, exercise prescription, dry needling, cupping, and lots of patient education and answering any questions you may have! We just charge the flat fee for our time so you will get the most appropriate and beneficial treatment each time without having to worry about price changes. We also provide free 15 minute phone consults where you can chat with a PT to see if pelvic PT is going to be right for you!
