I would like to have a vaginal birth, I am 42 yrs

I plan on giving birth at the Vassar brothers Hospital in Poughkeepsie. My estimated budget is anywhere from 2500 to 3500. My birth plan is flexible at this point. I’m still trying to decide what’s best for me. I’m not opposed to a medicated plan. I would like the Doula to be certified and to have at least 2 to 3 years of experience. I would like lots of resources to childbirth education classes.

I’m giving birth in a hospital due to my pre-existing Type 1 diabetes (so far no complications but I want to be prepared in case intervention is needed for me or baby). However I’d like to deliver natural and unmedicated if possible so hoping to learn more about the process and tools I can use to make that happen

I want the optimal cord clamping, skin-to-skin, no vit K, no eye ointments, no vaccines right after birth. I would like to change positions during labor. I would like the doula to instruct me on breathing techniques before I go into labor and also see us after I give birth to show the basics of a newborn care. I’m 34 years old, speak English and Polish. My husband is 36 and of Caribbean descent.

i really wanted a at home birth, but if not i would prefer to give birth at st. charles. I dont want any medication that isnt necessary i want skin to skin if possible for both me and the dad.

My daughter is 2 1/2 currently potty training and just would like a night nanny for when I go to work possibly every other weekend. Would love help with night training as well to sleep in her own bed she currently does sleep with me still and possibly help with potty training. She does use the bathroom once she gets up and before bed with guidance, but w struggle during the day.
