Service introduction

At Feathered Heart Birth Services, I offer compassionate, knowledgeable support throughout your birth journey. My services include two 1–2 hour prenatal visits where we’ll explore your birth preferences, practice comfort measures, and prepare emotionally and physically for labor. These visits help us build a strong connection and ensure you feel confident and supported heading into your birth experience. I provide continuous labor support—whether at home, birth center, or hospital—offering a steady presence through every stage. My role is to support you physically, emotionally, and informationally, so you can focus fully on your birthing process. I’m here to hold space for you and your partner, if present, working as a team to support your unique needs. After birth, we’ll meet for a 1–2 hour postpartum visit to process your experience, answer questions, and ensure you feel well-supported in your early postpartum transition. Even if you have a loving and involved partner, a doula can make a meaningful difference. I offer reassurance, guidance, and hands-on support so your partner can be present without pressure to “know it all.” Together, we create a calm, informed, and empowered birth environment.
