My name is Dayna, and I’ve been walking with women and families through pregnancy and birth for over 20 years. My philosophy centers around honoring the sacred nature of birth while supporting families with evidence-based care, emotional presence, and deep respect for their individual choices. I believe birth is a powerful, transformative experience, and my role is to offer unwavering support, informed guidance, and a calming presence as each family moves through it. I trust in the wisdom of the body, the power of informed decision-making, and the importance of compassionate, judgment-free care.

I honestly don’t know what I would’ve done without Dayna. I was scared and alone. My mom wouldn’t come to the birth, and I felt like I had no one. But Dayna showed up for me, and she didn’t even ask for anything in return. She volunteered her time just to be there for me. She held my hand and talked me through every contraction and made me feel strong. I’d never even met anyone like her before. I didn't even get drugs! My friends couldn't believe it and called me crazy. She made me feel strong and not judged. I’ll never forget what she did for me. Thank you, Dayna

Ay Dios mío… where do I begin? Listen to me, mi gente—if you are pregnant, thinking of getting pregnant, or even just dreaming of a baby one day, you need this woman in your life. Dayna is not just a doula. She is like… like an angel with fire in her bones and love in her hands. She is the mamá you didn’t know you needed, the sister you always prayed for, and the coach who looks you in the eye and tells you, “You got this, mami.” I was so scared, okay? Scared of the hospital, scared of the pain, scared of losing myself in the system like my cousin did. But when I met Dayna, ayyyy… I felt peace for the first time. Real peace. And strength too. She looked at me and said, “Birth is not a medical emergency. It’s holy. It’s YOURS.” I cried right there on the Zoom, bro. No shame. Her childbirth classes? Powerful, bro. I'm telling you. Like a revolution in your mind. She talks truth—about the body, the spirit, the baby, the whole journey. My husband sat there like, “Whoa.” He learned more from her in one night than from all the doctors in nine months. And when labor started? She was right there. Whispering, praying, rubbing my back, giving me sips of coconut water like I was a queen. She didn’t take control—she gave it BACK to me. I pushed my baby into the world with joy, not fear. With FIRE. My abuela said she never seen anything like it in her life. Dayna, I love you. You helped me give birth to more than a baby. You helped me give birth to a new me. You are part of our family forever. If anybody reading this is wondering if she’s the real deal—mira, she is more than real. She is a blessing from God.

When my husband and I signed up for Dayna's childbirth class, we were just hoping to get some basic info and maybe ease a bit of our anxiety. What we got was a mind-altering experience on the realities of what birth was really like and what to expect. It was so amazing! Dayna's approach is straightforward, no-nonsense, and filled with genuine care. She doesn't sugarcoat the realities of childbirth but equips you with the knowledge and confidence to face it head-on. The class was interactive, engaging, and, dare I say, fun! But here's the kicker: during our hospital birth, my husband was so prepared and confident that he ended up catching our baby! The medical staff was impressed, and I was beyond proud. He went from being unsure and nervous to being my rock and an active participant in our baby's arrival. If you're expecting and want to feel empowered, informed, and truly ready—especially if your partner wants to be more than just a bystander—Dayna's class is the way to go. It's not just a class; it's an experience that prepares you for one of life's most incredible moments. We give it five-stars and recommend it to ANYONE we know who is pregnant!!

Freebirth can be a controversial topic, and when I made the decision to birth outside of the medical system, I knew I needed someone who would truly honor my choice without judgment. That person was Dayna. From the moment we connected, I felt seen, respected, and supported. Dayna brings such deep wisdom from her experience as a Doula and childbirth teacher—but beyond her credentials, it’s her heart that makes all the difference. She met me exactly where I was, providing evidence-based information, emotional reassurance, and practical guidance every step of the way. My Freebirth was everything I hoped it would be: sacred, peaceful, and fully on my terms. And Dayna held space for that with such grace. She never tried to take over or steer the process. She trusted me, trusted my body, and reminded me to trust myself. That kind of support is rare and powerful. I loved her faith in God as well! It really helped me through the experience and brings me to tears to think about how powerful it all was. So grateful for her being there to remind me what I was capable of. If you’re considering a Freebirth—or any kind of birth where you want to feel empowered, informed, and loved—I can’t recommend Dayna enough. She is a true advocate for birth freedom and one of the most grounded, compassionate people I’ve had the honor to work with.

Choosing to have a Freebirth was a deeply personal decision for me, and having Dayna by my side made all the difference. Her knowledge, calm presence, and total trust in the birth process gave me the confidence to fully trust my body and my baby. From the beginning, she supported my choices without hesitation. She provided information, resources, and encouragement, but never tried to take control. She respected my space, offered support when I needed it, and reminded me that I was capable every step of the way. During the birth, her presence was steady and grounding. She intuitively knew when to step in and when to simply hold space. She honored the sacredness of the moment and brought so much peace to the experience. I never felt alone or unsure, because I knew she was there with full belief in me and my ability to birth freely. After my baby was born, she stayed close, helped me settle in, and continued to offer support in the days that followed. Her care didn’t end when the baby arrived—it continued with the same love and attentiveness I felt throughout pregnancy and birth. If you are planning a Freebirth and want someone who will truly honor your instincts, your rhythm, and your power, Dayna is the doula you want by your side. Kelley, South Florida

Having Dayna as my doula was honestly a blessing. From the moment we connected, she made me feel so comfortable, like I had someone in my corner who really cared. She took the time to get to know me, answered all my questions (even the random late-night ones), and always made sure I felt heard. When it came time to give birth at the hospital, Dayna was incredible. She helped me stay calm, kept me focused, and made the whole experience feel way less scary. She also made it WAY less painful than I thought it would be!! She knew how to talk to the nurses and made sure my birth plan was respected, like delayed cord cutting and just letting me move through things at my own pace. After the baby was born, she didn’t disappear. She kept checking in, helped me with postpartum stuff, and just made sure I was okay. Not just as a new mom, but as a person. The breastfeeding help was so important! It was harder than I thought and the nurses wanted to give my baby formula! So glad Dayna made sure that didn't happen. If you’re in South Florida and looking for someone real, experienced, and genuinely supportive, Dayna’s the one you want by your side.
