We have a toddler and both work from home so we need support after our second baby is born in May. We both work from home so ideally someone could come here to watch both of our babies in our home while we work. We need someone that we can trust to be an extension of our parenting and to work with us instead of against us to support feeding, changing, babysitting during work hours and potentially a night nurse to help us with overnight needs so that we can get rest. We plan to give birth at Waukesha Memorial Hospital. We plan to use an epidural like we did for the first birth and follow standard medical guidelines. We are fortunate to receive a $30,000 benefit from my company to use toward eligible doula services so that is our budget although given the mostly part-time nature of this role, I think that should be more than enough for our needs.

Husband and wife need a night nurse for occasional nights for their 10 month old baby. Husband travels out of town frequently for work. Wife also works but is primary caretaker. Both getting burned out at nights. Baby is about 10 months. Happy and healthy baby, but wakes up during nights and needs consoling. We’re looking for 4-5 nights a week for 8-9 hours a night. Preferably Sunday-Thursday from 10 PM - 7 AM. I had a placental abruption and delivered via emergency c-section at 34.5 weeks on October 7th. Baby girl is still in NICU. No release date yet but anticipating the first week of November. Baby will be bottle fed. I am currently exclusively pumping and will have quite a bit of stored milk - but we’ll transition to formula during baby’s first month home.

We are looking for a night nurse to help with the baby when my husband is on call which is usually 1-2 weeks a month. We would need assistance with overnight feedings and changes when the baby wakes up. We would prefer someone with at least 2 years of experience and with experience in sleep training.
