I am 33 weeks pregnant with twins. my husband is going to be working and I am a high risk surgical C-section delivery at no later than 38 weeks due to prior complications. I am looking for assistance either day or night the first few weeks to help me get back on my feet and rest. I lost all confidence in my ability to read a newborn and am scared.
