I have obstructive sleep apnea and my husband has postpartum anxiety, and the combination of these is making it very difficult to get through the nights with him. We are hoping to arrange overnight care for Jonah roughly every other night as soon as we can, but will be flexible to work with you based on what is available given the immediacy of our needs. We are hoping to find a provider with child first aid and CPR training. Jonah is healthy and usually bottle-fed breast milk that I pump throughout the day. Help with sleep training (he sometimes confuses day with night) and cleaning bottle/pump parts would be a bonus, but the ability for me and my husband to sleep more is the main priority.
