Looking for either a night nurse or preferably a postpartum doula who would be willing to work nights to help us navigate this new chapter in our lives. We have one baby girl who recently was born in December 2025 and need help with sleep training, nighttime feeds.

I plan on giving birth at the hospital.I will like a night nanny/nurse for the first 6 weeks.

Our one month old baby has reflux and has a very difficult time falling asleep on her back. She wakes up 3-4 times a night to eat and after each feed needs to be held upright for 20-30 minutes. She also wakes up a good bit in between feedings and won’t go back to sleep unless she’s being held upright for quite a while. Needless to say I’m not getting any sleep. She also had an intolerance to my breastmilk so she’s now on a soy based formula. I’m looking for someone once a week to stay in our guest room with her overnight. You would need to feed her, hold her upright for 20-30 minutes after each feed, change her diaper when needed (typically twice per night) and hold her upright when she wakes up and is fussy. We are not looking to sleep train at this point so we don’t want someone to let her cry it out.

Planning on having a hospital birth but wanting to work with a midwife as well. We have insurance so not sure what estimated budget is yet. I'm not sure of what birth plan options are yet. I want to be healthy & baby be healthy. I want to work with my body and not against it/forcefully if I'm not ready. Diagnosed anxiety and Crihns disease. Breast feeding - lactation help, night nurse one months after birth for 2-3 nights. Post partem assistance one month after birth. Help with placenta encapsulation.
