I would like to give birth at home in Columbus, GA. would like to spend no more than 6-8k if possible. I’m not sure I have a birth plan yet. I want to be as independent with my husband as possible. As natural as possible, minimal checks, I want to be able to move around as much as possible and have skin to skin and delayed cord clamping until pulsing has stopped. |

Location: Columbus, GA 31909, USA
Due date or baby's birthday: August 30, 2026
I plan to give birth at home in a tub that I’d purchase or rent. I’d love to have family and loved ones there to support and encourage me as well. I’m not sure typically what pricing looks like for a water birth or at home birth but I’d say if we can keep it under 8,000 that would be ideal for all services included. |

Laura is looking for Birth Doula
|
Location: Columbus, GA 31909, USA
Due date or baby's birthday: July 16, 2026
Hospital birth with absolutely little to no interventions, no vaccines, freedom of movement and birth position, no cord clamping until it’s white and no longer pulsing. I have a fibroid but have been told I’m still considered low risk. Budget is max $2000, I do have Georgia Medicaid though if a doula accepts that. I basically want everything a home birth is but in a hospital, my partner isn’t comfortable doing a home birth and I have no birth centers near me. |

Hannah is looking for Postpartum Doula, Birth Doula
|
Location: Los Alamos, NM 87544, USA
Due date or baby's birthday: January 13, 2026
Hi there, My name is Hannah, and I’m currently 31 weeks pregnant and seeking a birth (+/- postpartum) doula for my upcoming TOLAC at Christus in Santa Fe with the midwives. A bit of background: my first birth in San Diego ended in a traumatic emergency c-section. This is my second, and I’m preparing for what I hope to be a redemptive VBAC with this pregnancy. I had a doula with my first and found her support invaluable. For this time around, I’m specifically looking for someone who: Is trauma-informed or trauma-sensitive. I’m very modest by nature and want support in maintaining boundaries during labor (physically and medically, with staff). I would also love someone to help guide my husband so he can best support me—especially as I’m hoping to labor without medication if possible, as I tried last time (and our doula was exceptional at helping him to help me!). I went 24 hours last time but ultimately had severe back labor and got the epidural (after which came more cascade of interventions...). Has experience with movement-based or hands-on techniques. I respond extremely well to bodywork, massage, and hands-on techniques for pain control and grounding during labor. My first baby was acynclitic and malpositioned, so I’d especially appreciate someone with Spinning Babies and/or rebozo (or other type of training to achieve optimal baby positioning). It is not a must, but would be a huge bonus. My estimated due date is January 13th. If you have availability, I’d love to learn more about your approach and services, as well as your fee structure. It seems like we could be a good match. Perhaps we could set up a short Zoom meet and greet, if able. Thank you so much for your time, and I look forward to hearing from you. Warmly, Hannah |

I'm 43, this is my first baby I was told I can't have children. I also found out I have 5 fibroids, one on top my uterus and one on bottom of my uterus together measuring 21cm total. The Dr literally said she doesn't know how the baby even got in there. |

Christine is looking for Mental Health Therapist, Midwife, Birth Doula
|
Location: Midland, Columbus, GA 31820, USA
Due date or baby's birthday: December 01, 2026
I am looking for either a doula, midwife, or CNM that will allow me to attempt a VBAC. I am not yet pregnant, I am gathering information at the moment to see what my options are. I delivered my first child through c-section 20 months ago. Everything went normal (water broke on own, got to 10 cm dilated, was pushing). My son had descended in a way that my bladder was blocked and I was unable to urinate while in the hospital which led to the c-section. Currently we would be giving birth at Piedmont Midtown in Columbus, GA. With that said we are open to all options My preferred birth plan would be 100% natural water birth VBAC at home or in a hospital. Budget is between 1,000-2,000 dollars |
