I need someone to help me care for my younger two at night. I will have a nursing toddler and newborn when the baby is born and my toddler still wakes up through the night.
I am unable to help midweek, at night with the baby because I have to get up for work, and my wife is struggling to get sleep because the baby won't sleep for more than an hour at a time and refuses to go back to sleep sometimes keeping her up all night. We are both falling into a depression due to lack of sleep and need at least 1 night mid week to catch ourselves up.

In my birth plan, I would like a calm, supported c-section experience with clear communication & advocacy in the hospital. Postpartum, I am looking for support with recovery, infant care, feeding, & rest.
My son Liam is 2 months old although he was born at 34 weeks and spent a month and half in the NICU as he needed a surgery for an intestinal blockage. He is now home with us and thriving but my husband and I are looking for a night nurse for 2-3 nights a week to help with overnight care so we can be more rested to care for him during the day.
