Free 30-Minute Online Session | Last Saturday of Each Month 🔗 Register for the next session — https://us06web.zoom.us/meeting/register/vmLY9VtoQ0CF0g9wShtUCA The Birth Prep Discovery Call is a free, 30-minute online session designed for expectant moms who want to better understand what birth preparation can look like — before committing to a full class. This session introduces our Pelvic Floor Birth Prep class, a doctor-guided program created to help moms understand their bodies, prepare for labor, and approach birth with greater confidence and awareness. Rather than focusing on fear or rigid birth plans, this class centers on how the body actually works during pregnancy and delivery — and how to support it in practical, evidence-based ways. During the Discovery Call, you’ll learn how Pelvic Floor Birth Prep covers topics such as preparing the pelvic floor for birth, using breathwork to support labor efficiency, understanding positions and movements that help baby descend, strategies to reduce tearing and protect the perineum, and what to expect with both vaginal and cesarean births. The goal is to help you feel informed and supported throughout the entire journey — not just labor itself. This call is also an opportunity to meet Dr. Valerie Akinwande, ask questions, and get a clearer sense of whether the full Birth Prep class is the right fit for you. There is no pressure to enroll — this is simply a space to learn, ask, and decide with confidence. The Birth Prep Discovery Call is held online on the last Saturday of each month and lasts 30 minutes, making it easy to attend from anywhere. This session is ideal if you’re pregnant, planning ahead, or looking for clearer, body-based education around birth and preparation.
