Schedule: Feed the baby on demand or every [e.g., 2.5–3 hours] using the thawed milk. Care Routine: Handle all burping, holding upright, diaper changes, and resettling in the nursery crib/bassinet. 2. The Single Overnight Pump Session Single Wake-Up ([e.g., 2:30 AM]): At the agreed time, gently wake Mom or bring her the electric pump setup. Collection & Storage: When Mom finishes, collect the freshly pumped milk. Pour it into breast milk storage bags, label with the date, time, and exact volume (oz/mL), and place flat in the freezer. Cleaning: Wash and sanitize the pump flanges and parts immediately after collecting them so they are ready for the morning. 3. End-of-Shift Hand-Off Night Log: Record all feed times, amounts consumed (from thawed milk), diaper changes, and sleep intervals.
