I am already working with a therapist and psychiatrist but I’d benefit from the support of a doula as well. I plan to give birth in the hospital. My birth plan (so far) includes getting an epidural. Hospital birth with pain management but I panic easily and have anxiety

Our first baby is due October 19th and will be delivered in a hospital. I plan to have an epidural but would still like the support and knowledge of a doula to ease anxiety. Not sure of a budget right now.
