As of today, I am planning to give birth at GMBC, I am an OB who practices at their campus in Towson, MD. I am relying heavily on my two insurance plans and am willing to pay the copays/what they do not cover. I also have not drawn up or outlined a birth plan. I do know I do not what to be induced unless absolutely necessary (AKA Pitocin pressured) and I am open to an epidural. I am really looking for someone I can rely on to educate both parties involved being my significant other and I and my mother who are at this moment who I want present for the birth. And more importantly enforce boundaries from a more medically trained/educated standpoint on my behalf and with my health/survival in mind. I also would love someone who is especially experienced with the mental health aspect of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
I plan to give birth in a hospital, this is my first baby. I am currently in the process of trying to get Medicaid coverage for my baby. I have chronic pain/fibromyalgia I have low energy and high energy days.
Hi. I am interested in your services. I am currently located in Baltimore Maryland and I am pregnant with baby #2. I had a c section with my first due to “ failure to progress “ and I would like to avoid that the second go around with a vbac. I was wondering if you are currently accepting new patients and do you take insurance?

I just want someone to really care and help me in my first pregnancy I had preeclampsia and I don’t want to go through it again
I prefer to give birth at a hospital. I am not sure on budget or birth plan.
I am using my insurance which is Medicare and Medicaid and looking for doula that can deliver babies or a midwife
We are looking for a midwife and/or doula who is experienced in supporting natural, holistic, and intuitive birthing experiences, specifically home water births. This is our first birth, and we want to feel supported, informed, and respected throughout the entire process. We value a provider who honors the body’s natural ability to give birth while also remaining attentive, knowledgeable, and grounded. Our intention is to have a natural home water birth, with a focus on low intervention and supporting physiological labor. We are interested in using movement, breathwork, positioning, and other non-medical comfort measures to guide the process. We are open to medical support if needed, but we want someone who prioritizes informed consent and helps us feel empowered and involved in all decisions. We have been receiving prenatal care from an OB-GYN up to this point while we search for the right midwife or doula, and we are looking to transition our care to someone who aligns more closely with our holistic approach. We are especially looking for someone who is calm, intuitive, and respectful of our preferences, and who can help create a peaceful, grounded environment during labor. Guidance with labor positioning, pain management, and emotional reassurance is very important to us. We would also appreciate support for my partner so they can confidently assist me throughout labor. Our goal is to create a birth experience that feels safe, supported, and aligned with our values, while still being adaptable if circumstances change. We are open to discussing budget and services based on the level of support provided.
I want to do a home/water birth. I feel as though, I will be more comfortable there rather than a hospital setting. I essentially have insurance so that would be my main source of payment.

I plan to give birth at home. My estimated budget is 6k. I am a vegan and I am taking prenatals. I would like prenatal check ups and perhaps post partum as well.

I need a doula who has expertise in working with first time moms with body dysmorphia and antenatal depression. I am already working with a therapist and psychiatrist but I’d benefit from the support of a doula as well. I plan to give birth in the hospital. My birth plan (so far) includes getting an epidural. Estimated budget $3,000
I have a twin pregnancy and have experienced some preterm labor. I am currently 22 weeks pregnant and viability here is 24 weeks. I have had a cerclage and since then I have been in constant pain. I need someone to help me and advocate for me during this pregnancy.
My daughter just found out that she is pregnant. I am looking for someone to help us understand pregnancy dues, and don’ts childbirth and the fourth trimester Care. So that I can do my best to help her. She plans to birth in a hospital. I have no idea how much a Doula cost and the birth plan is what we’re trying to figure out through education
I am Annie. I will be 34wks this Thursday due May 21 and to deliver at Johns Hopkins Howard County. I have one successful pregnancy and delivery prior to this one (baby girl 2022). This is my second pregnancy (baby boy 2026). My delivery did not go as planned and I really struggled postpartum. I didn’t know what I didn’t know. I know differently now, and I want to use all the resources available to me. I do have insurance through CareFirst—allotted 12 visits/sessions. I am Christian, and I would like my spirituality part of the birthing process and postpartum journey. Duties for the possible Doula would only include support with birth and postpartum health for myself, physical and mental, as well as baby care for baby boy.
I plan to give birth at St. Joesphs hospital in Towson, MD. I would like to find a doula who is in-network with Cigna insurance. I don't have a birth plan just yet.
