We need someone who could come around 8:30pm to help with our infant-until I get home from work late night. We would like someone who is cpr certified, has at least 5 years experience working with infants and is okay having a 4 year old being around. It would be helpful to have someone who can help with sleep training for the baby as my husband goes to sleep around 9pm and has to be awake for work at 3:00am

We live in La Mesa, California. We are having our first baby via gestational carrier (GC). Our GC is giving birth at Loma Linda University Hospital. We have contracted with a daytime doula for the first few weeks to help us with our newborn baby girl. We would also like to schedule a night time doula for a few nights a week, for the first 3 months. We want quality care and seek to hire accordingly. My husband and I tried to have a child for 4 years before turning to surrogacy. After years of TTC, we did multiple failed IUI cycles, then a great IVF cycle that produced 9 embryos. We used our own eggs and sperm to create our embryos, but I was never able to carry the baby to term. I had multiple early miscarriages and multiple failed FETs (frozen embryo transfers). We ended up deciding to try a GC, in hopes that one of our beautiful embryos could grow and blossom in someone else’s healthy womb. We are so grateful this worked, and so grateful to the wonderful woman carrying our baby.

I have a 13 week old boy who needs assistance with sleeping through the night. He currently has a schedule from 7p-7a, and does a dream feed at 11p. We have a 2.5 year old who slept 12 hours a night independently and never had any issue after we sleep trained her at 4 months old until two weeks ago when she got upset at bedtime and started climbing out of her crib.
