I am a Korean-American birth and postpartum doula based in Orange County, CA. I provide expecting and new parents emotional and physical support as well as resources and information, so that they can make the most informed and empowered decisions for their family. My personal experience with multi-generational support in the Korean culture influences and inspires the way that I also provide care and support for my clients.

I offer services as a birth and postpartum doula (either separately or together) as well as photography and personal training.
I discovered Elysabeth when I was searching for a doula of color and was impressed by the amount of services she provided. As a first time mom with preexisting anxiety I had a lot of thoughts and questions but there wasn't a single subject I couldn't discuss warmly with Elysabeth and she was always full of resources. I had a long labor with a traumatic birth and she stayed extra in order to comfort my husband and newborn as they awaited my recovery. Her postpartum care was also excellent in times where I needed to catch up on sleep. She's also a brilliant photographer(I'm really picky), I thought my baby was fussy the whole photoshoot but somehow the photos turned out amazing! Definitely recommend her!

My first birth with my daughter was traumatic. I felt that no one was listening to me nor had my best interest in mind. This is why I knew I wanted a doula when I became pregnant with my son. Since my kids are 5 years apart, I felt like I was relearning everything again. Elysabeth gave me guidance I needed, listened to my concerns, and provided me with invaluable resources. This time around I felt heard and in control during my pregnancy and the birth. She’s kind, patient, and respectful. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for support in their pregnancy and during delivery.
