Dr. Emily Spaeth is a doctor of physical therapy who specializes in peripartum health care for both the birthing body and the baby. She has been teaching prenatal and postpartum yoga for 15 years, and been a licensed massage therapist for over 10 years. She brings her background in bodywork, yoga, and neonatal physical therapy to a fragile and transformative time of life. She provides full spectrum care from fertility yoga to pelvic floor PT, to lactation support and baby milestones- Emily will walk through it all with you.
