Hi there! My birth doula practice is rooted in connection and curiosity. It is such an honor to walk alongside folks in their process with birth (the whole arc of pregnancy and postpartum). As a birth worker, I am here to be a grounding presence as you bring life into the world. Here for the rawness, the laughs, the questions, diving into the inner workings of the transition you're amidst. As part of working together, I offer 3-4 prenatal visits, being on call for your birth two weeks before and two weeks after your due date, at least one postpartum visit, and availability by phone for communication and questions along the way.
