I am a pelvic health physical therapist. Sessions are 1 on 1 for a maximum of 1 hour with the goal of connecting you to your root and empowering you to feel confident in your body and goals. Services can include strength training, pain management, dry needling, cupping, movement strategies, breath work, birth coaching/prep, postpartum recovery.
