Hello my name is Erica L John-Wellington and I am a certified NCS /Doula for 38plus years located in Pompano Beach FL.All the facts of births and taking care of newborns are my joy and passion .I ‘m always curious of learning more I believe birth can be calm and peaceful if we set the right atmosphere with positive affirmation to get there .My practice tries to create judgement free zone for all parents I loved teaching parents seeking information and support.In my free time I love reading traveling and taking seminars in Doula NCS and Parenting .

Service introduction

I provide overnight shift 7pm-7Am and typically runs 7-12hours in length Daytime shift between 7Am -7-7PM or start time could be 8 Am typically with a 4 hour minimum 24/7 Live in around the clock NCS care .Most shift range from 16-20 hour shifts with a 4 hours break.
