If is first time parent they are really nervous they don’t know anything and confuse .I always sit and talk with both parents ask them what they know about a baby and I am here to teach and guide you both how to take care of your baby or babies.As an NCS/Doula you always let parents make there choices first and if that don’t work and they ask you then you step in .
