Hi mama, I’m Sam. I’m a pregnancy, labor, and postpartum doula—and a former labor & delivery nurse—so I’ve supported women through both the clinical and deeply personal sides of birth. I know how overwhelming this season can feel. The questions, the unknowns, the “am I doing this right?” thoughts that come up when you’re trying to make the best decisions for you and your baby. My role is to help you feel informed, grounded, and supported every step of the way—whether that means advocating for your preferences, helping you navigate the unexpected, or simply being a calm, steady presence when you need it most. This is your birth, your postpartum, your experience—and you deserve to feel confident and cared for through all of it. I’m here for you 🤍
