About the class

Hypnobirthing is a method and a philosophy that helps people who are pregnant or trying to get pregnant in achieving a better birth through self-hypnosis, visualization, and relaxation. It is a childbirth education and preparation course that teaches the birthing person and their partner about the natural birthing process, how to plan to get the birth you desire, and how your partner can support you.

This is a 5 week course comprised of 2.5 hour sessions offered in-person or via live Zoom screen share sessions. The first session is held on the day and time you select, and subsequent sessions occur 1 week apart on the same day and time.
