HypnoBirthing: Try the Techniques | Live Online Workshop

Hi! I’m Liz Alleva, founder of HypnoBirthing Mommy and a certified HypnoBirthing® International Childbirth Educator based in Wilton, Connecticut. I help expectant families feel informed, calm, and confident through live online group workshops and personalized private classes. My $95 introductory workshop, HypnoBirthing: Try the Techniques, offers a welcoming way to explore the approach and practice breathing and guided relaxation—with your birth partner included. For families seeking more individualized preparation, I offer private classes virtually throughout the USA and Canada and in person in Wilton, CT. My passion for this work began with the birth of my son, Mason. Experiencing how preparation, relaxation, and support shaped my own birth inspired me to help other families prepare. Before becoming a childbirth educator, I spent 15 years teaching dance in public schools. I studied Dance and Sociology at Wesleyan University and earned my master’s in Dance Education at NYU. That background brings a love of movement, body awareness, and teaching to my work. My group workshops combine clear instruction with guided practice. My private classes are relaxed and conversational, with space for your individual questions, preferences, and goals. Whether you’re planning a hospital, birth center, or home birth, with or without medication, we’ll build practical tools for your preparation. Mason remains part of the heart of my business, helping me assemble supplies and little extras for families receiving our course kits.
