I am a Kingdom focused woman with a heart for women’s health and well-being. For more than two decades I have worked with hundreds of women and families delivering childbirth education, doula support, and wellness education. My goal is to help women make informed decisions and advocate for a healthy pregnancy, birth preferences, postpartum recovery, positive parenting experience, and self-care that leads to well-being.
