Nutrition plays such a heavy role in everything & the more we're aware of, the more we can use it to our advantage during conception, pregnancy, and postpartum. Meet with a full spectrum doula who's also a perinatal nutrition educator, personal chef, and a mom of four to learn more about: - The pillars of maternal health - Nutritional needs of pregnancy and how to achieve them in the simplest ways - Considering real food as it applies to you, not just stats and science - Prenatal and postpartum nutrient depletion and how to support them - The best nutrients for postpartum health PLUS recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks! To not take up too much time in one day, this webinar is broken into two days: Wednesday Sept 23 from 12-1p for pre-conception/prenatal nutrition, and Thursday Sept 24 from 12-1p for postpartum nutrition
