Classes are weekly and paired with homeplay activities that will help anchor the wisdom from class. These classes are weaved with herstory, experience from my three births, along with storytelling and in class practices. In this class we are diving into the voice- what causes the voice to be silenced, how to heal your voice and use your voice as a tool to command your birth space and call in your vision of your desired birth. Class Two: Her Sacred Land Love your body as a Holy Land. In class two we talk about the history of how birth went from sacred to "dangerous". We explore the beliefs and fears that severe Women from their connection to their body. And, we learn how to connect to our bodies, boundaries and what is right for our own pregnancy and birth journey. Class Three: Her People Call in your birth support and community. Uncover the different types of birth support that is available and what the best support for you! Class Four: Her Coronation Honour your birth as a rite of passage. Explore pregnancy and birth through the lens of rite of passage. Learn why the term "stages of labour" is used and how to pivot the language and limiting beliefs behind it.
