Sleep, Calm, and Connection is a gentle introductory workshop for parents who want to better understand their baby’s sleep, emotions, and nervous system without rigid methods or pressure. In this session, we’ll explore how regulation, presence, and mindful awareness support calmer days and more restful nights. Parents will learn how their own nervous system impacts their baby, how simple grounding and meditation practices can be shared with their child, and why sleep naturally improves when safety and connection come first. This workshop is supportive, educational, and designed to meet families exactly where they are.
