I’m Adele (she/her), birth and postpartum doula, perinatal educator, Evidence Based Birth Instructor, owner of The Hive Doula Services, RMT, mom to an 18 year old, and born in Ontario but lived in Calgary for almost 21 years. You can find me obsessing over birth photos and placentas, sending birthing videos to my bestie, and dreaming about the birth room. Birth is such a beautiful and empowering moment that we all get to witness. Your birth team should support and honour you, as this is your birth, your body, your baby. As your doula I offer evidence based information and resources. I 100% believe in you and your ability to go through this journey and into parenthood.
