Learn everything you need to know about physiological birth, the cascade of interventions, pain management, comfort measures, how to advocate for yourself, how to deal with emergencies during labor & delivery, how to decrease risks, newborn care, postpartum health and breastfeeding 101. This class is a 3 part series, 1 session every Sunday, 1.5hrs each with live Q&A from an experienced doula.

About the provider
I am passionate about birth and experienced in helping families experience a glorious birth and journey into postpartum and parenthood. My support centers around evidence-based education, informed consent & collaborative advocacy. I have experience with unmedicated & medicated births, VBACs, C-sections. I also hav experience with NICU babies, special needs babies & mothers who deal with mental health ailments and other ailments.
