I am having trouble with my 8 week olds sleep during the day since she was about 3 weeks! I am going to ask family for help as a baby shower gift as I live across the country from everyone and don’t have much support here. My birth plan is to have an epidural. I’m more so looking for help after the baby is born and probably more so night time.
