Hi, I am 14 days post partum and I have milk production. I need advice as in 2018 I had a prophylactic bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomy with implants placed over the muscle as reconstruction. I know it is very unusual to be able to breastfeed after this but with have milk 14 days after delivery, I would love to try even if it is supplemental. Sometimes my milk squints, other times it is drops but from multiple openings. Please get back to me when you can.
