Estimated Budget Our estimated total budget for this postpartum support is $15,000. 5. Insurance and Benefits Provider We do not expect traditional medical insurance to cover this care. Instead, this will be funded and processed via our Carrot Fertility employer-sponsored benefit program. We will require the selected provider or agency to be registered (or willing to register) in the Carrot provider database, and to supply clear, itemized invoices/superbills featuring their formal certification number so we can seamlessly submit them for reimbursement or utilize our Carrot Card."
