My name is Jamie-Lee I am a RN and certified birth and postpartum doula. Looking for the opportunity to help women during labor& postpartum.

Working with children and their families has been my life’s work, whether being a center-based teacher or in-home care. My biggest and greatest accomplishment has been becoming a mother to my two boys. Being a postpartum doula and lactation educator is another way to share in these magical times and help families adjust to life with a newborn. Having experienced vastly different prenatal, birth, and postpartum experiences with both of my sons, this lit the passion in me to help others during this time when things can be unexpected. Training through CAPPA (Childbirth & Postpartum Professional Association) solidified all the reasons why I want to continue to help support families and be a part of their amazing journey as their family grows. My hands-on experience, becoming a mother and working as a teacher, has shown me just how different each baby and family are. I founded OT By Mommy after my difficult breastfeeding journey with my child. Christine has walked the walk. When her twin boys were six months old, she and her husband hit a concrete wall of sleep deprivation and sought outside help. After failing to find a local sleep consultant, they set out to teach the boys how to sleep on their own. Ultimately, they were successful in teaching their boys healthy sleep habits but would have loved to have a guide on the journey. This struggle launched Christine’s sleep obsession and a passion to help families like her own. She completed the Family Sleep Institute’s child sleep consultant training program and Bella Luna Family was born! In the past 5+ years, she and her team have helped well over 1,000 families. She has also received a certification in child behavior coaching and she is a certified lactation counselor.
