Unmedicated birth at MoBap under midwife care. I would like as affordable as possible…possibly even someone still trying to certify.
Looking for a birth doula for additional support through unmedicated childbirth and possibly postpartum support and education. I’m giving birth at the Mercy Midwifery Birthing Center. I’m not sure about cost for Doula but my max would be $500 altogether. Right now I don’t have much of a birth plan aside from using laughing gas as pain management as needed. I don’t know what else I need to include or consider.
Giving birth at MoBap. I’d like some information on how to push during labor without straining/increasing risk of hemorrhoids and tearing. This is my second pregnancy and I had painful hemorrhoids for months with my first. I also damaged my pelvic floor and the healing process took a long time. I plan to have a low dose epidural. I don’t care for overly fear based approaches, being strictly natural or worrying about things that have a low likelihood so I’ll do well with someone who is down to earth, practical and open to various approaches to labor.
Mercy-midwifery 25-50$ an hour, nothing more than 1,500 total. This is my first birth and I am in chiropractic school (towards end) and have a bunch of questions and management ideas. Need a brainstorm partner and someone to be my voice when I can’t.
1. Mercy Hospital - Creve Coeur 2. TBD 3. Medicated birth

I’d like to have a home birth if possible Unsure on budget Would like to do unmedicated but also unsure I’d like someone who is certified and can help with identifying if I need to go to the hospital due to issues and be there for me as well in the hospital
Delivery at birth center with midwife. Budget is $700. Birth plan not set in stone, for sure delayed chord clamping and immediate skin to skin with mother.
I need someone to support me for this last leg of pregnancy. I need someone who can be at the delivery with me if I give birth sometime between 12/19 and 12/26. I will be giving birth at Missouri Baptist hospital. My birth plan is to deliver baby as safely and smoothly as possible for me and baby while limiting my anxiety to a minimum amount. I have treated panic disorder that I’ve had since I was 7 years old and have a lot of anxiety surrounding the birthing process. My primary supports besides my husband is my Mom (an internal medicine doctor) and my sister (a pediatric NP who is also trained as a lactation consultant and is passionate about the 4th trimester). I myself am also an internal medicine doctor. I plan to have both my mom and my sister at bedside when I deliver. The only problem is they are both going out of town the aforementioned week, which is why I would like a doula as a back up. Additionally, for post partum stuff, I was planning on my sister being my main physical and mental support person (in addition to my husband), but she unfortunately will have to leave town for a week with in 2-3 weeks of me delivering (middle of February. It would be helpful to have a post partum doula at that time too.
I plan to give birth in a hospital, my budget would be around $1000, I plan to have an epidural but would like to be able to give birth in whatever position feels the most comfortable/helpful to delivering my baby.
I plan to give birth at Home. My budget is $4000-$5000. I would like to have a water birth, no vaccinations for my baby, and no shots for pain. I would like for My Husband to be with me to be able to support me during pushing stages. I would like a mirror to see my baby’s birth. I would like for it to be as quiet as possible. I would like the lights to be dim. I would like my baby to be placed on my chest immediately. I would like to breast feed as soon as possible.
