I plan to give birth at the Swedish hospital I am a first time mom and unsure of what to expect and would just like further support and guidance from someone with more experience

First time parent hoping to get guidance and help from an experienced Doula. We are a strongly faith-based Christian home and would find comfort in receiving help and guidance from someone who shares those values.

I will be delivering at Banner UMC on McDowell. Budget is $1200, I have Ahcccs and prefer someone who takkes insurance. Preferably someone who speaks Spanish and English. Birth plan is to go natural and unmedicated unless things change, just need someone to guide me through positions and support me as I’m someone who gets anxiety.

Giving birth at St. Michael Women and Children's hospital in Silverdale. I plan to use Tricare, but am also willing to pay partially out of pocket. My birth plan is pretty flexible, with a few hard stops. Some of these include skin to skin after birth, otherwise my partner will do it. Physiologic cord clamping, only breastfeeding in the hospital, and delay newborn procedures during golden hour if possible.
