My baby, 11 months old had sleep regression at 7 month old and since then only contact sleeps needs to be rocked to sleep in arms. We try to put in crib at night and during day naps. some days she sleeps, but other days she just wants to come back in arms. We want a sleep coach who can help train her to sleep on her own. We do not want to try the "cry it out" method, but any other methods. she sleeps well, but needs help in putting her to sleep by contact and rocking in arms.

We plan to deliver at a hospital. Our budget is approximately $900 to $1,200 per week for 4 to 5 nights per week, based on an 8 hour overnight shift from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.
