1. Hospital 2. NA 3. Natural Birth Wanting lactation support.
Planning on giving birth at hospital. Want Lactation help throughout first few months.
Struggling with low supply, tongue tie/ bad latch. Mostly pumping and bottle feeding due to baby having reflux and no idea how to figure out what flange size to use
Looking for information regarding a Doula or Midwife for early May delivery at NCH hospital in Naples, FL. Ideally we would be able to use HSA funds but that is negotiable. We don't have a full scale birth plan but right now we'd prefer unmedicated and unassisted (no forceps/vacuum) but obviously will do what's best and safest for baby.
My baby struggled to latch so I use a nipple shield due to flat nipples. I am getting clogged ducts and having breast pain. He won’t latch now without crying. I also pump and am sore when pumping and feel full even after I pump esp on left side which gives more milk.
I am discouraged and sad that my milk is not coming in. My baby girl latches great from birth. She will latch for maybe 4 minutes then use nipple as a pacifier and fall asleep. My dream has always been to strictly breastfeed.
Hi, My name is Leah and I wanted to reach out to see if you could do an in home visit to help us with breastfeeding. We initially started pumping at hospital as we were admitted to NICU and since being discharged we’ve had some troubles with latching. We are currently using a nipple shield but she doesn’t seem to like it. I was able to get her latched to my nipple today which she stayed on for 45mins to an hour but I don’t think she got much because she took a whole bottle after. Hope you can help us! Thanks!
Lactation consulatant to help come up with pumping schedule and possibly baby latching and being able to nurse
I need help with increasing supply. I am eight weeks postpartum and feel like it is steadily declining.
I'm 36 years old and about to have my second biological daughter on the 23rd of March. My first daughter is 10 and unfortunately I was unable to breastfeed her due to my lack of support and knowledge. This time, I am determined to BF my baby, but I am very scared. I will be delivering her via C Section at Sarasota Memorial. And as of now we don't have a budget as I am not familiar with standard LC fees. Please advise!
I’m looking for a postpartum doula to support me and my family as we welcome our second child. My goal is to have a positive, supported postpartum experience — both physically and emotionally — while adjusting to life with a newborn and a busy toddler. I plan to birth vaginally in the hospital, as I did with my first, and I did not have a doula previously. This time, I would love more hands-on support and guidance during the recovery and adjustment period at home. One of my biggest priorities is breastfeeding support. With my first son, he spent the first four days in the nursery and had difficulty latching once we were together. I also have inverted nipples, which added to the challenge. I worked with a lactation consultant, but it became overwhelming trying to balance nursing and pumping, and I eventually transitioned to exclusively pumping. For this baby, I would really like to breastfeed successfully and feel confident doing so. I would appreciate a doula with strong lactation knowledge who can offer practical help and encouragement with positioning, latch, and feeding routines — as well as support if I choose to combine nursing and pumping. Beyond feeding, I’m looking for general postpartum support — someone who can help ease the transition by caring for the baby while I rest or shower, light household help (meals, laundry, tidying), emotional support, and gentle guidance through recovery. I want to focus on healing, bonding with my baby, and adjusting as a family of four, and I value having someone calm, nurturing, and experienced by my side during this time.
In home lactation help by lactation specialist. Need help with newborn feeding.
Need lactation consultant to help with breast-feeding and tongue, tie, and tongue exercise exercises

I am trying to find a doula that will create a calm environment for an at home birth
I currently use the Spectra and Mom cozy breast pumps Right flange size? Am i installing it correctly for the optimum pump? Am i doing the correct pattern stimulation and expression as well as how high the setting is? Should i be pumping after i nurse? Is my schedule ok? 15-20 min only? **What do i do when the baby won’t latch but he’s perfectly capable of doing so but just wants the bottle nipple? **In general i need support getting my baby to feed. I desperately want to breast feed and not use formula.
1. Hospital Birth at TGH, risk of C section 2. Low budget- looking for Tricare Prime Covered 3. Less invasive as possible and as much skin to skin without baby being taken away as possible. Delayed cord clamping.
