About me

I am a bilingual Newborn Care Specialist and Postpartum Doula with experience supporting more than 30 families. I provide gentle, attentive, and personalized daytime and overnight support. From a baby’s first days of life, I help families establish gentle, age-appropriate feeding, sleep, and daily-care routines that evolve as their baby grows. I believe every baby has their own rhythm and every family has their own story. I respect and follow each family’s preferences, routines, and instructions while offering practical guidance to help parents understand and care for their baby with greater confidence. My approach is always based on safety, respect, careful observation, and each baby’s individual needs.

Service introduction

I provide daytime, overnight, and 24-hour live-in newborn care during a baby’s first three months, plus weekly live-in or live-out support and contracts of three to six months or longer. Services include feeding support, gentle sleep and daily routines, tummy time, infant care, parent guidance, and postpartum support. Virtual consultations and travel throughout the U.S. and internationally are also available.
