I plan on giving birth at Riverside in Newport News and would like to find a doula that accepts tricare. My birth plan is to have an unmedicated birth and labor in a tub if possible.

I am a first time mom who just wants to ensure I do everything right for my baby. I am looking for someone who can help with birth plans/prep, postpartum care, and just the overall basic knowledge for the rest of my pregnancy. I am hoping to use insurance, & I will be giving birth at Riverside in Newport News Va. I have a few key points that I want to include in my birth plan such as delayed cord clamping, low lights, epidural, and I do not want to be on my back while pushing.
