Overnight care for newborn. At least 3 years experience. Must be ok with our small doodle dog.

I will be giving birth at a local hospital and planning for a vaginal delivery with epidural and I expect postpartum care and healing will be a big hurdle to overcome while caring for the newborn. We're not committed to a budget at this stage but standard rates recommend~$30-$40 per hour (8=10 hours per night shift - 10pm-7am) with the most critical days/weeks being those first 6 weeks. We would expect needing an NCS for 5 nights a week to support and educate us first time parents on feedings, sleep schedules etc and would re-evaluate if continued support is needed.

She currently wakes multiple times per night and is having difficulty staying asleep in her bassinet (sounds like normal for this age). If you have any sleep training that would be awesome.
