I offer virtual therapy across California and in person therapy from my office in Sherman Oaks. I am a mama of almost a 5 year old and he is the reason that I became passionate about helping mamas out through their journey of motherhood! I offer free 15 min phone consultations to see if I am a good fit for you!

What to expect

I offer individual therapy and couples therapy. I also have support groups. While I am an out of network provider, I can provide superbills that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
