We are both unsure of infant care and could use someone to help us navigate the beginning stages of taking care of a newborn, while making sure we are also taking care of ourselves. We ideally would need over night and day time support, more so in the beginning, that may taper off over time. We also have 2 cats, and would be looking for someone who is comfortable around animals.

I’ve experienced postpartum hemorrhage with my last three births, which were all hospital births, so having knowledgeable and reassuring support is especially important to me.
