Planning for a hospital birth, seeking overnight support for weeks 3-11 post birth

I am looking for a night nanny to help us get some sleep and get our baby used to her bassinet. She was in the NICU for 6 weeks and did very well in her crib there, but since coming home she prefers to be held to sleep and we need to get back to the crib.

New parents here looking for overnight or early-morning newborn help! We’d love someone experienced who can assist with feeding, diapers, soothing, and helping us get a bit more sleep. I plan to give birth at a hospital via C section. We are looking for a night nurse to start with our newborn when we get home from the hospital. We also have a 2 year old daughter who I recently transitioned to a bed and is waking up 1-3 times a night looking to be soothed back to bed. So help with this at night would be ideal.

Looking for someone with 10 years minimum experience, certified doula and nanny, who is culturally responsive. We are looking for someone to help with basic cleaning, cooking, laundry, night support for baby so mom and dad can rest and babysitting. We are finding it challenging to balance newborn baby needs, family, work, and basic house duties. As for budget we are comfortable paying $25-35/hour range.

Hi Currently pregnant with 2nd baby due by the second week of April via c-section . In my previous pregnancy I was hospitalized due to extreme dehydration and I see that this may be the same thing for this pregnancy. I need assistance with battling these symptoms to stay healthy and productive
