We’re looking for 4-5 nights a week for 8-9 hours a night. Preferably Sunday-Thursday from 10 PM - 7 AM. I had a placental abruption and delivered via emergency c-section at 34.5 weeks on October 7th. Baby girl is still in NICU. No release date yet but anticipating the first week of November. Baby will be bottle fed. I am currently exclusively pumping and will have quite a bit of stored milk - but we’ll transition to formula during baby’s first month home.

I am looking for someone who can care for my baby’s needs overnight! I would need a Nanny starting from 4:30pm and the end time would vary daily with 5:30am being the latest. My daughter is almost 3 months. I do breast feed and I have milk and a frozen milk storage so she can feed at any time! My daughter is not on a sleep schedule yet, but sleeps mostly during the early morning and on and off throughout the day. We have a toddler and both work from home so we need support after our second baby is born in May. We both work from home so ideally someone could come here to watch both of our babies in our home while we work. We need someone that we can trust to be an extension of our parenting and to work with us instead of against us to support feeding, changing, babysitting during work hours and potentially a night nurse to help us with overnight needs so that we can get rest. We plan to give birth at Waukesha Memorial Hospital. We plan to use an epidural like we did for the first birth and follow standard medical guidelines. We are fortunate to receive a $30,000 benefit from my company to use toward eligible doula services so that is our budget although given the mostly part-time nature of this role, I think that should be more than enough for our needs.
