I plan to give birth at Intermountain Health Lutheran Hospital and we live close by in western Wheat Ridge. My birth plan is fairly standard and medically supported. I plan to deliver in the hospital and expect to use pain management if needed. I’m generally hoping for a smooth, typical hospital birth without anything highly specialized in terms of preferences. We are looking for overnight support a few nights per week to help with newborn care so we can get some sleep and adjust during the first month.
