I'm looking for someone who has at least 5 years of full time experience, experience with sleep training, is CPR certified, and is responsible, caring, and has strong communication skills. I am in need of someone to do night feeds, burning, changing diapers, soothing back to sleep, and cleaning bottle parts. The hours would be between 5 am and 9 am. Our budget is $22-26 an hour.

Our newborn has bad acid reflux but is managed throughout the day. In the evenings it seems to get significantly worse & she becomes inconsolable.
