Hi! My name is Erika Tate! I am a birth photographer located in Pass Christian MS. I serve the Gulf Coast of MS, from Ocean Springs MS to Slidell LA. I have a passion for capturing your whole birth story; from the beginning of labor all the way through to your golden hour with baby here Earthside! I have 4 kids with my amazing husband. I homeschool and spend a lot of time learning about homesteading! I enjoy the simple and slow pleasures of life. I'm a passionate birthworker since 2020, specializing in Lamaze/Breathology, childbirth education, prenatal yoga, and birth/postpartum doula services. Based in McComb but originally from Cincinnati, I proudly serve the wonderful communities of Southwest Mississippi and Southeast Louis In 2024, I took a big step in my career by deciding to begin my midwifery journey, and fully stepping into my midwife era. Now, as an apprenticing midwife/monitriece, I focus on traditional midwifery and herbalism, bringing ancient wisdom to modern birth practice, while still also serving the community as a full spectrum doula. As a homeschooling mom of three energetic, young, vivacious girls, I deeply value the importance of providing comprehensive and compassionate care to families during the childbearing year.
